What We Do

Process all entries (expenses and revenue) live—i.e. within 2 business days of submission
Management of all receivables (grants, donations, etc.) and payables (expenses, contracts)
Automated payment processing + online approvals
Monthly reconciliations of payables, receivables, credit card and bank accounts
All monthly reconciliations completed within 5 business days of receiving previous month’s statements/information

Weekly, bi‑weekly, semi‑monthly, or monthly payroll processing for full‑time, part‑time, seasonal, and contract employees
Payroll for Canada Summer Jobs and other government‑funded wage subsidy programs
Process payroll for hourly staff and contractor payments
Ensure accurate source deductions, CPP/EI, payroll tax filings
Prepare and file T4, T4A, and ROE forms

Actuals vs. budget report (monthly/quarterly)
Program‑level reporting to track restricted vs. unrestricted funds and align with grant requirements
Custom management and board reporting
Preparation of board‑ready financial reports with explanatory notes and financial narrative

Ensure compliance with CRA regulations for registered charities
Prepare annual T3010 Registered Charity Information Return
Preparation of financial reports for the auditor
Coordination with the tax preparer & facilitation of any additional requests
